MA DEP has updated the Massachusetts Title 5 Regulations (310 CMR 15.00) as of 4/21/06. These revisions now require renewals for system inspectors and evaluators.

System Inspector Training

The next System Inspector class will be held on September 16, 2010 in Wilmington.

Class: September 16, 2010       Exam: September 23, 2010.

Soil Evaluator Training

The 2010 Soil evaluator certification training and exam is scheduled to begin on May 18.

• You must complete a Soil Evaluator eligibility form and submit with your registration
• You must complete the registration form and submit it along with the eligibility form and fee. Include documentation to substantiate your eligibility.

SOIL EVALUATOR MAKE UP EXAMS

The 2010 soil evaluator make-up exams have been scheduled. The make-up written exam will be June 3, 2010 and the make-up field exam will be July 1, 2010. Please see the registration form for more details. A soil evaluator eligibility form must also be submitted with the registration form.
