Licenses and Renewals
NEIWPCC is handling the wastewater license renewals for Massachusetts certified wastewater operators. Renewal notices and invoices will be sent to all licensed wastewater operators in September 2011. Payments must be made to NEIWPCC (and not Mass. DEP) in order to renew the license by December 31, 2011. All active wastewater operators must provide proof of 20 TCHs during the period January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011. Renewal fees are used by NEIWPCC to subsidize the Massachusetts wastewater operator training program.
All TCH credits earned through NEIWPCC, NEWEA or MWPCA are automatically provided on the wastewater operator's license renewal form.
Please be aware that all requests for status changes must submit a status change form and forward it to NEIWPCC. All applications for reciprocity and emergency status must be sent to NEIWPCC as well.
