Massachusetts Title 5 Training and Certification
Certification Classes
for System Inspectors and Soil Evaluators
MA DEP has updated the Massachusetts Title 5 Regulations (310 CMR 15.00) as of 4/21/06. These revisions now require renewals for system inspectors and evaluators.
- SI Eligibility form
- Classes for 2008 to be announced.
You must complete a System Inspector Eligibility Form and submit it with your registration.
To receive hard copies of the System Inspector Eligibility Form and the Registration Form for training classes, call NEIWPCC at978-323-7929.
- SE Eligibility form
- Classes for 2008 to be announced.
You must complete a Soil Evaluator Eligibility Form and submit it with your registration.
Please Note
Two soil evaluator classes will be held per year in the following locations:
- Even years: northeast and west;
- Odd years: southeast and central.
All class schedules are subject to change, if necessary.
