Approved Speakers and Poster Presenters
NEIWPCC anticipates notifying all speakers of their selection by the end of December, 2011. Selected speakers and presenters should return their speaker/poster acceptance form to NEIWPCC by December 31, 2011.
Registration
Conference speakers, poster presenters, and session organizers will need to register for the conference and must register in advance of the conference. The reduced speaker and organizer fee is $100. Individuals can register for the conference by mail, fax, or online. The registration deadline is March 2, 2012. Click here to register.
Reimbursement
In order to qualify for reimbursement, speakers must be state or tribal employees or academics who are state or tribal employees. Please see the travel reimbursement page for more information, including the “Request for Travel Reimbursement” form (due by February 17, 2012).
Upload Speaker Bio
Speakers are responsible for providing NEIWPCC with their bio for use on the conference website and in the conference booklet. Log in through the Speaker/Presenter Login. First time users should set up a user name and password. Follow the prompt to log in. Save when finished.
Upload Session Description
Session Organizers are responsible for providing NEIWPCC with their session description for use on the conference website and in the conference booklet. Log in through the Session Organizer Login. Be sure to save when finished.
