The National Tanks Conference has a room block available for attendees at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel. For government attendees, the rate is $106.00/night (plus tax) with a government ID. For all other attendees, the rate is $139.00/night (plus tax).

Hotel cut-off date is August 10, 2015. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to August 10th. It is important that you make your reservation as soon as possible. In an oversold situation, NEIWPCC will provide attendees with other hotel alternatives. Government rate cannot be guaranteed.

Valet parking: $29 per day.
Self-parking: $19 per day*.

*NTC guests will receive an $8.00 discount on self-parking.

Transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:
The Sheraton is located approximately 6 miles from the airport.

Taxi Service:
Taxis are readily available and provide service to the Phoenix metro area and surrounding counties. Some companies may also provide service to other destinations within the state of Arizona. Check with your cab company of choice (or with your driver at the airport) for more information on fares and destinations served.

Taxi terminal access is as follows:
Terminal 2: east outside door #8
Terminal 3: North curb, outside door #7 and south curb, outside door #6
Terminal 4: Level 1, North curb, outside door #7 and south curb, outside door #6

Rates remain the same regardless of company, number of passengers and number of bags. The first mile is $5. Each additional mile is $2.30. Each hour of a traffic delay is $23. The minimum fare is $15. Each per trip airport surcharge is $1.

ADA taxis are available upon request. All major credit cards are accepted.

Public Transportation:
Public bus service is scheduled and provided within the local metro area by the Valley Metro Rail. Please contact Valley Metro Rail directly for information on specific routes, schedules and fares. Riders must have exact change.

You can take the Valley Metro Rail to the Sheraton from the airport. The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel and District American Kitchen & Wine Bar are halfway between the Van Buren/Central Avenue (northbound) stations and the 3rd Street/Washington (westbound) and the 3rd Street/Jefferson (eastbound) stations.

To get to the Valley Metro Rail from the airport, take the FREE PHX Sky Train from Level 3 of Terminal 4 or Level 2 of Terminal 3 to the 44th Street PHX Sky Train Station. From there, take the elevator or escalator down to the platform of the 44th Street and Washington Valley Metro Rail stop. If you are traveling from Terminal 2, take the walkway between Terminals 2 and 3 to the PHX Sky Train at Terminal 3. The PHX Sky Train and Airport shuttles are designed for travelers with luggage and run seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
