Booth Space Rental
Each 8’ x 10’ booth space will be set with:
- 8’ high back drape
- 3’ high siderail draperies and polished aluminum framework
- A one-line identification sign
- One (1) 6’x 30” draped table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket
- One (1) 7” x 44” exhibitor identification sign indicating company name and booth number
Booth rental additions:
- A listing in the official National Tanks Conference booklet
- Company description, logo, and web link on the conference website
- One (1) full conference registration, includes access to meals and conference sessions
- One (1) exhibitor badge (exhibit hall only)

Booth Space Cancellation
In the event that an Exhibitor desires to cancel a reservation, NEIWPCC must receive a cancellation notification in writing. There is a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations after March 1, 2012.
Event Cancellation
In the event that it is necessary for NEIPWCC to cancel either a portion or all of the 23rd National Tanks Conference and Expo Conference, including the exhibits, the Exhibitor shall be reimbursed only for its Booth Space Costs. Other costs incurred by the Exhibitor related directly or indirectly to this Conference are not reimbursable.
