Booth Space Rental
Each 8’ x 10’ booth space will be set with:
- 8’ high back drape
- 36” high side dividers
- A one-line identification sign
- One (1) 6’x 30” draped table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket
- One (1) electrical outlet
Booth rental additions:
- A listing in the official National Tanks Conference booklet
- Company description, logo, and web link on the conference website
- One (1) full conference registration, includes access to meals and conference sessions
- One (1) exhibitor badge (exhibit hall only)
Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit area is carpeted.

Booth Space Cost
$950.00 per space on or before April 16, 2010
$1,200.00 per space after April 16, 2010
Booth Space Cancellation
In the event that an Exhibitor desires to cancel a reservation, NEIWPCC must receive a cancellation notification in writing. There is a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellations after September 1, 2010.
Event Cancellation
In the event that it is necessary to cancel either a portion or all of the 22nd National Tanks Conference and Expo Conference, and/or the exhibits, due to any cause beyond the direct control of the National Tanks Conference management including, but not limited to damage to or destruction of the convention building, labor strikes, adverse weather conditions, the Exhibitor shall be reimbursed only for actual direct costs not incurred by the National Tanks Conference management.
