Exhibit Booth Space Registration includes one (1) Full Conference Pass and one (1) Expo Only Pass. Gold Level Booth Space Registration includes one (1) Full Conference Pass and four (4) Expo Only Passes. Use this form to obtain additional full conference and/or expo only passes. Online registration for additional exhibitor conference passes will open in November, 2011.

Registrants will receive a booth space receipt from NEIWPCC containing:

• Booth number and payment confirmation;
