The Western Round-Up at the Rio Cibolo Ranch

The Western Round-Up Meal will include:
Slow smoked beef brisket and mesquite grilled chicken quarters (vegetarian option available). In addition, we will be serving tangy potato salad, crisp coleslaw, ranch beans with onions and special sauce, freshly baked ranch rolls. Dessert: Crispy sugar buneolos served with fresh sliced strawberries, chopped ranch pecans, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Unlimited: ice tea, lemonade, water and coffee. Cash Bar available.
Hay Wagon Rides & Longhorn Feeding: Tour the ranch along the trails that follow the river shore where you might spot our resident blue heron as well as wild deer, turkey, and yellow-winged hawks. You will also have the opportunity to feed our resident Longhorns in our Texas-sized Rodeo Arena.
River Barge Rides: The river barge will hold up to 24 people for a twenty-minute nature cruise and river ride. Guests may see Longhorn cattle grazing on the riverbank, as well as wild turkey, cranes, owls, yellow-winged hawks and deer.
Wrangler Games Room: Our Texas-sized game room includes pool, bumper pool, ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, sawdust shuffleboard, and lawn shuffle board. Misc. Games and Activities: Volleyball, Horseshoe Pitching, Washer Tossin’, Tin Cup Puttin’ Course, Tug-O-War, etc.
