Poster Sessions
The Poster Session has become a popular event at the national tanks conference, allowing presenters and attendees to interact more directly than during speaker presentations.
Posters are a visual display of information and can include text, charts, photographs, and objects. Multiple posters are exhibited in one room. Participants can quickly assimilate the main points of each poster or engage in detailed discussions with the presenters of those posters most relevant to them. The experience is educational and allows for cross-connections among colleagues.
How to Participate in the 2007 Poster Session
Please consider contributing a poster and sharing your work and ideas.

Once your poster is accepted for the conference, you should provide Matt or Jim with:
1) your poster title, and
2) the names and contact information of all presenters.
If this information is provide by February 9, 2007, it will publish in the conference program.

Time and Place
The Poster Session will be held in Exhibit Hall B located on the Convention Center Street Level at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
Presenters who arrive on Sunday, March 4 may display their posters for previewing during registration, which is scheduled for Sunday, 12 Noon – 4 pm.

Tuesday
10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Poster Session Open (9:30 - 10 a.m. and 3 - 3:30 p.m. are break periods during conference)
Wednesday
8 a.m. - Noon Expo Open
12 Noon - 4 p.m. Dismantling of Posters
