Travel Reimbursement Approval Cut-off Date: NEIWPCC will cover expenses for two (2) state employees, per state. Does not include Industry. Click on the registration link above to register.

Early-bird Tanks Expo Exhibit Space Request Cut-off Date: This is the last day to register and receive the reduced early-bird registration rate of $850. for a 10x10 booth space. Click on "Exhibitor Informtion" in the Tanks Bulletin for more details.
February 2
Registration Cut-off Date: This is the last day to pre-register for the conference and pre-conference events.
State attendees, click on the "Welcome Packet" link in the tanks bulletin for your NEIWPCC Travel Reimbursement Form or call Jeanette at (978) 323-7929 ext. 223.
Everyone attending must register for the conference, including state attendees, speakers, organizers, and conferees. (The registration list is used for follow-up mailings concerning conference events.)
February 8
Government - Guest Room Cut-off Date: This is the last day to reserve rooms at the Government rate, at The Historic Menger Hotel. Please be aware that rooms may sell out prior to February 8, so it is important that you make your reservation as soon as possible. Click on Lodging/Destination above for more details.

Industry - Guest Room Special Rate Cut-off Date: This is the last day to reserve rooms at the Hilton Palacio del Rio. Click on Lodging/Destination above for more details.
February 19
Conference Cancellation Refund Cut-off Date: This is the last day conference refunds will be issued.
Feburary 19
Adjunct Meeting Space Request Cut-off Date: This is the last day to reserve adjunct meeting space. Check website for Meeting Space form or call Michelle at (978) 323-7929 ext. 230 to request a form.
February 19
Tanks Expo Exhibit Space Request Cut-off Date: This is the last day to reserve exhibit or poster space for the Tanks Expo. Click on "Exhibitor Information" above or "Poster Sessions" in the tanks bulletin for more details.
April 11
Travel Reimbursement Expenses Due: For those individuals that were pre-approved to have their expenses reimbursed by NEIWPCC, your expenses are due to Jeanette Bengtson. NEIWPCC does not reimburse individuals who request reimbursement once the meeting is over.
