The New England Biological Assessment of Wetlands Workgroup (NEBAWWG) refines wetland assessment techniques in the Northeast.
NEBAWWG is composed of state, federal, tribal, non-profit/conservation associations, and academic wetland managers and scientists who are both users and developers of monitoring and assessment tools. NEIWPCC has managed NEBAWWG since its beginnings in the 1990s.
NEIWPCC coordinates meetings and workshops on wetland assessment and supports the attendance of state staff at regional and national meetings.
