NEIWPCC is seeking a contractor to produce four issues of L.U.S.T.Line between June 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009. L.U.S.T.Line is a quarterly, national bulletin on underground storage tanks. Funded with support from EPA's Office of Underground Storage Tanks, L.U.S.T.Line keeps state and federal UST regulators, consultants, contractors, and tank owners informed about UST and LUST activities, cleanup fund issues, spill remediation, and prevention technologies.
