The location of our office can be confusing because it is set back from the street, behind a small park (Boarding House Park), in a historic mill building.

Lowell Connector From Route 3

From Rt. 3 North, take exit 30B, from Rt. 3 South, take exit 30A The Lowell Connector ends at Gorham Street, turn left onto Gorham Street. When the road forks, stay on Gorham to your right. Gorham Street becomes Central Street. Central Street ends at Merrimack Street. Take a left onto Merrimack Street. Move into the right lane and take next right onto John Street. The John Street Parking Garage is on the right, on the corner of John and French Streets. Cost for parking in the garage is $2.00 per hour or $8.00 per day. Once you've parked, cross French Street and walk toward Boott Mills, past guard's house. Walk left along the canal/trolley tracks until you come to a foot bridge. Cross bridge and enter lobby of building. Our office is the first door to right from lobby.

Lowell Connector From Interstate 495

From I-495 North and South, the Lowell Connector is exit 35C, branching off the Rt. 3 exit. The Lowell Connector ends at Gorham Street, turn left onto Gorham Street. When the road forks, stay on Gorham to your right. Gorham Street becomes Central Street. Central Street ends at Merrimack Street. Take a left onto Merrimack Street. Move into the right lane and take next right onto John Street. The John Street Parking Garage is on the right, on the corner of John and French Streets. Cost for parking in the garage is $2.00 per hour or $8.00 per day. Once you've parked, cross French Street and walk toward Boott Mills, past guard's house. To Lowell From Interstate 93

From I-93, take exit 43 (Route 133 - North Tewksbury). Follow Route 133 West approximately 6 miles. Take a right at Routes 38 & 110. Take a left at next light onto East Merrimack Street (hospital will be on your right after you turn). Turn right onto John Street, approximately .5 mile. The John Street Parking Garage is on the right on the corner of John and French Streets. Cost for parking in the garage is $2.00 per hour or $8.00 per day. Once you've parked, cross French Street and walk toward Boott Mills, past guard's house. Walk left along the canal/trolley tracks until you come to a foot bridge. Cross bridge and enter lobby of building. Our office is first door to right from lobby.

Leaving NEIWPCC to Route 3 and Interstate 49

Turn right as you exit the garage onto John Street. Take a left onto French Street. At next light turn left onto Arcand Street. This road forks just before the next intersection, stay to the left. Go through this intersection, Arcand Drive becomes Dutton Street. Follow signs on this street to the Lowell Connector, then onto I-495 and Route 3.

Leaving NEIWPCC to Interstate 93

Turn right as you exit the garage onto John Street. Take next right at the lights. Go one block to next light, take a right onto Bridge Street. Take a left at next set of lights onto East Merrimack Street. Take a right at next light onto Route 38/110 (the hospital will be on your left at this intersection). Take a left at next light onto Route 133 East. Follow Route 133 East to I-93. (You may also pick up I-495 from Route 133.)
