Visitor Parking
Visitors parking is available at the Wannalancit building on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking attendant will request your name, the office you are visiting, the reason for your visit, the make and model of your car, and your license plate number.
If parking is not available in the visitors parking lot, there is limited street parking available. You may also park at the Ayotte Parking Lot at 11 Post Office Square. For more information on the Ayotte lot, call (978) 970-4190.
- Take Route 93 North to Route 495 South.
- Take Route 495 South to Exit 35C, "Lowell Connector" North.
- Take Lowell Connector (North) to Exit 5B, Thorndike Street North.
- Follow Thorndike Street to the 7th traffic light at Merrimack Street. (The trolley will be on your right, Hess Gas on left).
- Bear left (don't take a hard left) and follow the road as it curves to the right by the Police Station.
- At the next light, take a left on Father Morrisette Blvd.
- Go about 500 yards and take a right onto Suffolk Street. The Wannalancit Mills sign is on the corner of Suffolk St.
- Parking is available in the visitor lot on the right.
From Boston (Route 93) - Alternate Route |
- Traveling on I-93, take exit 46 off of I-93
- Follow Rte. 110 West to Lowell – approximately 7 miles until you get to the intersection of Rte. 38 and Bridge Street (you will see a Dunkin Donuts on your right)
- At lights take left over the Cox Bridge (it’s green)
- After you go over bridge, stay to the right and at the first set of lights take a right onto French Street.
- Go through 3 sets of lights – at the 3rd light you will see the Tsongas arena set back on the right behind the post office.
- Proceed through the 3rd light and follow about 500 yards and take a right onto Suffolk St. The Wannalancit Mills sign is on the corner of Suffolk St.
- Parking is available in the visitor lot on the right.
- Take Route 128 to Exit 32, Route 3 North.
- Take Route 3 North to exit 30A, Lowell Connector.
- Take Lowell Connector (North) to Exit 5B, Thorndike Street.
- Follow Thorndike Street to the 7th traffic light at Merrimack Street. (The trolley will be on your right, Hess Gas on left).
- Bear left (don't take a hard left) and follow the road as it curves to the right by the Police Station. At the next light, take a left on Father Morrisette Blvd.

From the South (Route 495) |
- Take Route 495 North to Exit 35C, Lowell Connector.
- Take Lowell Connector (North) to Exit 5B, Thorndike Street

From the North (Route 3) - Alternate Route |
- Take Route 3 South to exit 35, towards Tyngsboro/Dunstable.
- Go about .3 miles and merge onto Kendall Road, which becomes Route 113.
- Take Route 113 for about 6 miles and turn right onto Mammoth Road at the traffic light.
- Take your first left onto Pawtucket Street.
- Bear right at the next light onto Father Morrissette Boulevard.
- Turn left onto Suffolk Street (passed the second traffic light). The Wannalancit Mills sign is on the corner of Suffolk St.
- Parking is available in the visitor lot on the right.
